Senior RevOps Business Analyst [Salesforce - BR Based]

, we are seeking a highly analytical, technically skilled RevOps Business Analyst to join our team. Sitting at the intersection of business analysis and technical execution, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving the Salesforce infrastructure that powers our entire revenue operation. You won't just be taking tickets

you'll be partnering closely with Marketing, SDR, Sales Engineer, Sales, and Customer Success to translate real operational needs into scalable solutions, enabling accurate forecasting and data-driven decisions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You'll Do:

Design, build, and maintain robust Salesforce automations, including Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.

Create and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts tailored to our Revenue Operations workflows.

Build and maintain insightful operational dashboards and reports for cross-functional teams and leadership.

Translate complex business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and CS into scalable and efficient system logic.

Strong CRM hygiene by implementing strict data quality rules, deduplication, and data governance practices.

Document Salesforce architecture, configurations, and process logic to ensure clear internal reference standards.

Collaborate on seamless integrations between Salesforce and adjacent revenue tools like marketing automation and CS platforms.

Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and resolve them by improving system workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a RevOps, Salesforce Admin, or CRM Analyst role.

Strong and hands-on experience Salesforce Administration experience (profiles, permissions, custom objects, etc.).

Proven expertise in Salesforce Flow Builder, including building record-triggered and scheduled flows.

Strong business analysis skills with the ability to map processes and capture requirements accurately before building.

High adaptability and focus, capable of managing multiple projects and closing open loops in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced proficiency in English for written and verbal communication.

Location: We welcome remote candidates from across Brazil. Candidates based in S&atilde

o Paulo/SP or the surrounding area are expected to work in a hybrid model, with two days per week at our S&atilde

o Paulo office (Pinheiros).

Nice to have:

Previous experience operating in a SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environment.

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations via native connectors or middleware tools like Zapier or Make.

Basic experience with SOQL queries or Apex triggers.

A Bachelor&rsquo

s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Salesforce Administrator certification (completed or currently in progress).
