Senior Customer Success Engineer (Remote – Brazil)

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you will work closely with enterprise clients to ensure the strategic adoption and continuous value delivery of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead deep-dive assessments, provide architectural recommendations, and mentor junior engineers &mdash

driving technical excellence and customer success.

Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients

Lead advanced consulting-based onboarding for PAM initiatives

Understand client business drivers, risk landscape, and security goals

Propose customized PAM architecture recommendations

Perform strategic health checks to evaluate PAM performance and alignment

Support technical exception cases and proofs-of-concept (POCs)

Mentor and support the growth of fellow Customer Success Engineers.

Requirements (Must Have):

Bachelor&rsquo

s in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related fields

6 to 9 years of experience in infrastructure, cybersecurity, security architecture, or technical consulting

Experience in networks, Linux, virtualization (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V), and information security

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements (Nice to Have):

Advanced English is a plus

Security+ or ISO 27001 Foundation certification

Knowledge of cloud security (certifications in AWS, Azure, etc.)

Familiarity with IAM, SIEM, and risk-based security frameworks

Experience with PAM, cloud and hybrid architectures, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
